Executive Vacation Villas only reserves for VIP guest who are over the age of Twenty-one and with a state issued identification card (ID) or passport or any government issued identification at check-in.
We must receive payments for guests reservations within 24 hours to guarantee dates, failure to do so could forfeit your dates if another guest sends in their payment earlier, since we are a totally first come, first serve properties.
For US Guests-Your payment is due in full at time of reservations.
For International Guest-Your payment is due in full 90 days before arrival to Villa.
Reason: International currency exchange bank processing.

We keep a credit card photocopy for incidentals a a credit card capture to hold funds for loss or damage to Villa until departure, after which your photocopy is destroyed or charged based on any other Legal conditions and Villa condition if damage occurs to your VIP villa during guests holiday/vacation.
Note: $1,000USD credit card authorization hold until our property manager confirms NO damage or missing E.V.V. property.
Executive Vacation Villas does NOT discriminate against any guest based on age, religion, sex, race, color, sexual orientation, creed, any any other legally protected status.
Executive Vacation Villas does hold the right to deny rental agreement to guest who engage in an illegal or unsafe practices while guests in our Villas. We reserve to right to refuse service to anyone if just cause can be found.
All payments are non refundable once submitted, and all payments must be paid in full, agreement/contract signed
before key code is provided.
